FoRS Fox Reporting System Suite of Products

The Fox Reporting System (FoRS) is a fully integrated, affordable software suite that makes managing vital records and information simple and efficient. Each module was designed with the input of law enforcement agencies to ensure the quality and usefulness of the information managed within the system.

Records Management System (RMS) –

RMS is our core module. It tracks a wide variety of information about the incidents and contacts your agency handles as well as generating UCR & NIBRS reports. A number of other searches and reports are available including a comprehensive incident report (face sheet) and a contact history report.

Mobile Field Reporting –

This RMS enhancement module allows you to take a copy of your RMS into the field to enter information remotely. No expensive wireless connections are required. Perfect for laptops or school liaisons. An optional TraCS Interface is also available that can extract data from the TraCS accident and citation software.

Municipal Court –

This module includes numerous features to assist the court clerk. Tickets can be entered manually or imported from FoRS or other compatible software. The software can generate calendars, dockets, financial reports, caseload statistics, past due information, collection information, dispositional information, media releases and more. It will handle multiple submitting police agencies.

Parking Management –

This module tracks parking tickets issued by agencies, generates late notices and suspensions, and provides other valuable reports. Both the parking and municipal licensing modules can share data with RMS or operate independently.

Municipal Licensing –

This module tracks licenses issued. We currently support bike licenses and will be adding support for animal, bartender and firearm in the future.

Data Sharing –

FoRS is actively involved in state and federal data sharing initiatives, including WIJIS and TraCS.
